The Coweta Composite Mountain Bike Team is composed of students ranging 6th – 12th grades throughout Coweta & neighboring counties. Middle & High School. Coweta Composite competes in the Georgia Interscholastic Cycling League.
Ladies on Spokes are a non-profit Christian women’s club that was formed to promote the sport of cycling in the Coweta/Fayette County, Georgia area.
SouthSide Cycling Club is for all bicycle riders on the South side of Atlanta, whether you ride road, mountain or path bikes. Their website provides a calendar that any member may use to post rides. This is a great ride calendar to help connect you with local riders and get you out riding!
The Southern Off-Road Bicycle Association (SORBA) is the largest nonprofit mountain biking organization in the Southeast. Members of the Atlanta Chapter work with land managers in the Metro area to create trails and trail systems for mountain bikers and others to enjoy. Through advocacy, education, and recreational opportunities, IMBA SORBA Atlanta carries out its mission to promote land access, trail preservation, and new trail development in order to enhance mountain bike riding, racing, fun, and fellowship for all mountain bikers in the Southeastern United States.
The “Bend Friends” is a group of volunteers who build trails, clean up the Chattahoochee, and encourage getting unplugged and outdoors!
